Legal Question in DUI Law in Missouri

DWI in NY, misdemeanor in MO

In January my girlfriend was convicted of DWI and her license was suspended for 6 months in the state of New York. The ruling was if she received another misdemeanor it would be turned into a felony. Since then she has moved to Missouri. Yesterday, on her way to work, she received a ticket for driving while suspended which is a misdemeanor in Missouri. If found guilty in court, will this be turned into a felony in NYS?

Where did she get pulled over in Missouri? You need to have the driving while suspended amended to a violation that is not reported. I can help with this depending on where she was pulled over.
