Legal Question in DUI Law in Missouri

i got dui sept 19,2008 still on probation now have been in no trouble was driving my truck from shop to my house in my field, private property i received dui is this beatable-is this legal

I believe that the statute requires the "driving" to be on a public road. an attorney could easily do the legal research to determine whether the law requires this charge to be dismissed. If you have not already done so, I would strongly suggest hiring an attorney.
