I can help you with the driving while suspended. I could also help with the DUI if the filing deadlines are not past. It will be necessary to review your driving record. Do not hesitate to call or email if you would like to receive a free consultation.

First of all you need to hire an attorney. If you have not already plead guilty on anything an attorney might be able to help you avoid any conviction. If this all happened to you very recently you might be able to avoid losing your license, but the legal process differs depending upon whether you blew the breathalyzer or not. In many jurisdictions it is possible to continue a "driving while suspended" case long enough for the defendant to obtain the full reinstatement of his or her driving privilege, and then negotiate a plea bargain which avoids the conviction on the original charge. What you will be able to do will also depend very heavily on your driving record. Please consult with an attorney who handles these types of cases on a regular basis in the area where the charges are pending. If you are in the greater St. Louis area or surrounding counties, I might be able to help you myself. You may call me for a free telephone consultation.
