my exhusband isn't paying his child support. he has not seen or contacted his chidren in 3 months. I was wanteing to let my boyfriend stay at my house ofver the holidays can my exhusband take my kids from me for this? My mom says he can, so I need to find out before I let him stay.

No. Unless the Judgment specifically prevents you from having overnight company when you have the chioldren in your custody.
