my husband and i have been divorced 12 years,we have joint legal and physical custody neither of us is designated as the primary physical custodian..my daughter turns 18 next month however she is still is school untill may of 2003..at age 18 can she choose which house she wants to live at? right now it is split 50%.or does she have to wait till she graduates?this question is for her..thanks!!

At the age of 18 she is no longer considered a minor and, generally speaking, can choose to move out of both houses, or live at either (assuming you and/or her father wish for her to live with each fo you). The decision would be hers at that time. (NOTE: I am assuming, since you both have joint physical and legal custody that child support is not an issue. If it is, turning 18 doesn't affect her ability to choose where she wants to live but her choice may affect whether or not child support should continue to be paid.) Best of luck with the situation.
