Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My ex girlfriend has moved several times and will not give me a mailing address or phone # as it states in our parenting plan issued by the courts. My daughter has told me she wants to live with me. she is 9 years old. she does not like her mothers live in boyfriend because he has a very bad temper. She also has to share a room with her 5 year old brother. The exs boyfriend has called me and told me that my daughter is now his daughter and i will never see or talk to her again. How do i inforce the parenting plan that was signed by a judge. thank you

You could file a Motion for Contempt, or perhaps a Motion for Family Access, but you would need to have an address for serviuce of legal process upon your child's mother. You could contact the DFS to see if there is anything that they can do to help you. You could possibly file a Petition for an ex Parte Order of Protection for your daughter, but again you'd need an address for service.
