if i give garudianship to someone do i still have rights for my baby

Your rights are not terminated so you still are the mother or father of the child but in terms of visitation or custody or being able to see the child, unless the judge enters a custody plan or schedule when he or she enters the Guardianship Order (some will, some won't), then you have to deal with the Guardian for that.

You do not give us enough information to work with. Has a Guardianship already been Ordered by the Court? If so, you might be able to file a Motion to Terminate the Guardianship. If not, you should consult with an attorney before doing anything that effects your rights to the child.
