Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My ex husband and I have joint custody of our children. He told me tonight he is going to temporarily move out of state with them. Can he do this? We share every decision 50/50.

There is a relocaation statute that should be complied with before any move, unless we are talking about a couple of days or so. For quite some time the terms of the statute have been included in most Judgments. If I were you I would consult with an attorney and take action!
