Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I have a 3 year old child and my husbands name is on the birth certificate and he is not her biological father

what can I do to get dna testing done for the said biological father and child support payments.

Said biological father refuses to see or claim her as his own.

File a lawsuit to establish paternity and serve the documents on the biological father. The court can order DNA testing and child support.

There is really no other way to accomplish your goal.
