Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri
My divorce was final in 2009 and there were three children during marraige. He knew he was not father of youngest child but assumed responsibility anyways. Now he is filed for paternity non establishment. She is five now and has only known him as her dad. What can I do legally to stop him?

It may very well be that an attorney can pursuade the court to refuse granting your ex the relief he is seeking. There is definitely law to support your position. Mr. Nack is correct that you do need to hire an attorney. There was a law passed not too long ago that does allow men to "denounce" their paternity, but it does not apply in every case. Don't waste any time. Hire an attorney in your area who practices family law.
