how do i get the mother of my three boys to get a dna test done when she is refusing and i have dont have that much money to take her to court

You might want to contact the FSD, this state agency may be able to open a file to determine whether or not you are the father. If they do and you are, the FSD can order you to pay child support but can not grant you any legal rights to the children. You need to get these through the courts. My advice would be to save up enough money for an attorney and then file the appropriate Petition in court.
