Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I would like custody back My 30 year old daughter whom I petitioned the court for guardianship for 6 years ago. I was not able at the time to take care of her, or have her live with me, and she needed supervision. Now I live in Florida and able to provide for her. What steps do I need to take to regain custody back from the State of Missouri?

I would need more information before I could begin to provide you with any helpful advice. although your question does not spell it out, your question implies that the State of Missouri has custody of your adult daughter. It may be that you need to file some legal action, either administrative or judicial, in order to regain custody. Please feel free to contact me for a free telephone consultation to provide me with more complete information. After that, I may need to conduct some research in order to be able to give you the best advice possible, but I am hopeful that we can find a way to accomplish your goal.
