It is hard for me to imagine anyone posting a question such as you have done expecting an attorney to be able to provide any type of competent response when you entirely fail to provide any of the information that an attorney would need to do so. Just take a moment and look at the question you posted! What does it tell us? What do we know about you or your situation? What do we know about your "soon to be ex husband"? What do we know about the property, execept that it might be in "the date of Missouri"? If you are not able to post a better question, no one on this website will be able to offer you any help.
