who dose a person go about getting a divorce from some one who is incarcerated for 3 life sentences and who much would it cost

You can still file for divorce despite the fact that your spouse is in prison. I strongly recommend that you hire an attorney to consult with you and prepare the divorce pleadings and obtain the court's order of divorce. There may be some special considerations since your spouse is in prison.

Most attorneys will give you a quote on the legal fees and filing fees associated with a divorce after consulting with you. It is best to consult in person. However, some attorneys will consult over the phone.
