Inheritance

My husband and I are seperated (2 weeks). We are preparing to file for divorce. He is due to inherit money from an aunt that's in her 90's. Am I entitled to 1/2? Can I ask for 1/2 in the divorce papers?

No, your husband's inheritance will be considered his separate property.
