Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I am a licensed foster parent in Missouri. A child in my care has a parent who has been incarcerated. They were recently released and nobody informed us, even though many people knew. Isn't it a legal requirement that we be informed?

No they have limited duty to you, their obligation is to the child first and then to the biological parents.
