what does this mean?

Apparently there was a judgment in the lower court that was transcribed (brought) into the higher court, presumably to act as a lien on real estate. It is not clear why or how the cause was later Dismissed. "Without prejudice" means that the party coudl refile the action if there is still time to do so.
