I'm being sued for not being able to pay a non secured loan. Can they take my car

Unless the loan is secured by the vehicle, a creditor cannot take your primary car to collect a debt.If you own several vehicles, and the creditor sucessfully sues you, they may ben ablke to execute upon extra vehicles to satisfy the judgment debt.
