You need to file form I-751. However, that's not the best advice that I can give as I do not have all of the facts of your case. For a free consultation, please contact my office at 1-800-408-5818 or email me at [email protected].

Hi,

You must file a petition to remove the conditions on residence in order to become a permanent resident. This petition can be filed singly rather than jointly if there has been a divorce.

You can call our law firm at 212-268-3580 during business hours, or email [email protected] for guidance.
