expectation of privacy

my wife and I are truck drivers .we have aportapotty setup in trailer . IGOT APHONE CALL THE OTHER MORNING.telling me i had a door open in back .asked how he knew .he asked if Mark told us that we had cameras put in trailer.by me not knowing is this a violation of my rights.

If someone put a hidden camera in your bathroom without your permission and knowledge, this may very well be a violation of your right to privacy. If an employer did this, there may also be an employment related claim. I would recommend that you consult with an attorney to find out for sure whether or not you have a claim.
