Legal Question in Personal Injury in Missouri

I walk by this building on winter time (there is snow and ice) I fall down front of the building. there is a shop in the building. who do i sue. the owner of the shop or the owner of the building. thanks

Undert the facts you described, you may be able to sue th ebuilding owner, the shop owenr, the managment company operating the building, and the company that was hired to remove snow and ice. But, you will not win unless you can show that one or all of them was negligent. If it was city sidewalk that you fell on, none of the parties mentioned above may be liable. You may be able to sue the city,k but those cses are rare. Perhaps there is a ordinance that requires commercial building owners to clear snow within a certain amount of hours.
