Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Missouri

Gmb

We purchased a new home 04/2003. We ordered a zoned heating and cooling system. We up graded each of the furance and A-C systems to the high efficency models with humidifiers and electronic air cleaners installed on both systems. This was all spelled out on the build order. Before the closing the builder had me go over the revised price prior to closing. The revised price included fee's for the upgrades to the heating and cooling systems. I signed off on the revisions and we closed on the house. One month after closing (05/2003) the builders sales rep. told me that she had made a mistake on the final revision and missed adding for the upgrades for the second heating and cooling system wich they had already paid the contractor for and would I please pay GMB $2450.00. Do I have to pay?

IObviously, You have not provided enough information to give adefinitive answer. But, above is my answer based on teh small amount of information you provided. Hire an attorney to look at ALL of teh closing paperwork, etc. before relying on a denial of libility to your detriment.
