Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Missouri

real estate covenants

We live in a rural community in Missouri. Home construction requirements are limited only to our covenants so no building permits or zoning applies. Our covenants require the only construction in our community will be single family residential dwellings with a minimum of 1900 sq. ft. We have a builder within the perimeters of the community that is now building the first of several planned condos ranging from 1052-1150 sf. What can our HOA do to either stop the current building or prevent any additional construction?
