Re: selling a deceased home

How was the home titled? Did your grandmother own it in her own name at the time of her death? Did she have a Will? Was the Will filed in the Probate Court? How much is the home worth? These are just some of the questions an attorney would need answered before the attorney could provide you with any advice. You may feel free to call me at my office to discuss this, and I will try to help you if I can.
