subdivision fees

i paid the fees the first 3 yrs living here but no upkeep was done. now i do all the work and pay contractors to bring in gravel and grade the road salt in the winter and i cut back brush off the road and dug the culvert drains by myself. the subdivision wants $750.00 in fees but if i take care of the road for the 3 homes do i have to pay?

You may be obligated to pay the subdivision fee. But, you may have the right to be reimbursed for the work you have doen to teh common areas. This second amount may be more than the subdivision fees.
