Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri

My father would like to have in his will that one of my sibling is not entitled to anything of his estate. Does the person need to be included in the will or just leaving them out with no mention of them at all? What legal ground would the exclude have if their name is not one it as being a sibling but other children are?

If your father is having an attorney prepare his will the attorney will be able to provide proper advice. If this is important for your father, he needs to CONSULT AN attorney and have the attorney prepare the WILL.

Don't do an online or other Will form you buy at an office store if this is an important objective of yoru father.
