Legal Question in Consumer Law in Nebraska

dangerous clothing item

I purchased a top for my 3 year old daughter at Walmart. When I got home form the sotre I turned the item inside out to wash it and was stuck by a needle still attached to the shirt. I contacted Walmart and they said ''what can we do to make this right?'' I asked what do they normally do and she said ''it is usually just a reassurance to the customer this will not happen again.'' I don't think that is enough. What type of compensation should I ask for?

Re: dangerous clothing item

Are you referring to one of the pins used to hold the price tag on all of the shirts? Why do you think they owe you some sort of compensation?
