What is "calling you to testify"? If you have been subpoeaned, or have a court order to appear and testify (like an order in aid of execution) then you can be sanctioned for contempt for failing to be sworn in and/or testify. You don't have to swear on the Bible, if that's your concern, but you do have to affirm to tell the truth.
