Legal Question in Immigration Law in Nebraska

I filed my L1 extension in time before my current I-94 expiry. However,my company sent it to the incorrect service center and it was sent back by USCIS with instructions to refile. My company refiled it to the correct Service Center but by the time it was received by USCIS it was 7 days past my I-94 expiry. The attorney did include an explanation and requested "pro nunc tunc". Will this adversely impact my extension decision? Company did file timely but unfortunately it was the wrong Service Center.

It seems that your application was times untimely, and the fault lies with you, not the USCIS. Since you already have an attorney, you should ask them for advice or contact another qualified attorney in private.
