hi, i lived with my twins father for 12 years, we've been separated 2 years, i paid the house payment the whole 12 years, he paid the utilities, we we never married, live in ne. my question, he is selling his home, do i have any kind of monetary gain from this? i just recently, a month ago, put a child support order into action

If you can prove you made the house payments for 12 years with the express understanding that you would be repaid if the house was sold, then you may recoup some portion of the sale proceeds. Otherwise, you are not entitled to anything unless your name is on the title of the property.
