Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Nevada

Is bankruptcy an option?

I have a credit card with a 29% interest rate and a minimum payment of over 2,000 dollars. The credit limit is only 3,000. Yes I did say only 3,000. I have a high car payment and car insurance. I live alone and pay rent fully on my own as other various bills. I have another credit card that I am making payments towards and would like to resolve this other credit card problem but I am not sure if bankruptcy is for me but I don't know how to start to pay this extrememly outrageous credit card.

Re: Is bankruptcy an option?

One should not file bankrupcy unless the total of one's unsecured debts exceeds one's annual salary. Credit cards can be paid off with lower interest credit cards.
