Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Nevada

Any property that you own that is not protected by an exemption under Nevada law could be taken by the Bankruptcy Trustee and sold to pay your creditors. NRS 21.090(1) lists most of the available exemptions in Nevada and you can review this law on the Nevada state website. But I can tell you right now that there is no exemption for either an inheritance or for gas rights. There is a "wildcard" exemption that lets you select any property as exempt, but only up to the value of $1,000.
