Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Nevada
Wells fargo hold our mortage on our house and on our motorhome, it is becoming a problem paying for the house. We are upside down on the house and wish to just give up the house and live in the motorhome. Can we do this and how do we do it? We are both on SSI and work partime.
