can I be sued for using a photo of another person that I own?

I am buildig a web site. I want to warn other people about scam artists. I want to know if I can tell others about how I was conned and post a picture of the con along with my story? can I add othr peoples stories and pictures to my web site with out fear of legal repercussions?Am I protected by the 1st ammendment rights. I am afraid of being sued for slander if I proceed with this in the format I want to use. My story is true, how can i make sure the others are true?

You need contracts (agreements) with anyone who shares their story with you. You would also be wise to run your content by an Internet Attorney who is experienced in litigation.
