Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

attorney unprepated

NV, At a hearing my attorney was ''unprepared'' even though I gave him ''all he needed'' to argue, he said nothing or misquoted the ''Agreement/Order''

What ''rule'' do I use and do I file a complaint, motion, appeal, with the Court? or who?

Re: attorney unprepated

If you wish to have the family law matter heard in front of the Judge, you need to file a Motion for Reconsideration within 10 days of receipt of the Court's Order.

Additionally, if you wish to proceed with a complaint against your attorney, you can file a bar complaint with the Nevada State Bar.

Their website is www.nvbar.org.

If you need help in filing your motion for reconsideration, contact my office and we could aid you in that for a nominal fee.
