Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

bad divorce deal in las vegas

My spouse divorced me, a(25 year marriage) Failed because of financial problems and of my becoming permantly disabled and a spouse who mismanaged our pool service business of 18 years. I lost our house to him. He failed to sign a subsequent quitclaim deed returning the property to joint tenancy after a refinance done last Oct., making him sole owner. I never would have allowed the transaction if not done. Then he homesteaded the property in April all without the judge's knowledge. My husband was a licensed realtor in CA a few years ago, and knew exactly what he was doing. Since his income was greater, he was awarded the house. He plans to file bankruptcy chapter 10 for our small business after the divorce. He had the court believing the business and house had no value. Therefore, he had no money left to pay alimony to me and wanted joint custody of our 14 y/o son with no child support. At the settlement conference he did not reveal to the judge that one of the jointly owned nonoperational vehicles he requested had an insurance check be awarded to him I found a job. What recourses do I have?
