Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

Child Custody/visitation

I have visitation with my seven year old daughter every other weekend. I was in a relationship with her mother when she was born and the mother moved out of state back to her home town. I then followed to move near my daughter and to create a relationship with her. I left my whole family to be near her. Created a life and a good career. Now my daughters mother wants to move eight hours away to make more money. I pay $700.00 in child Support. This will be her second time moving a substantial distance. She said she would pay for her to visit on the airline flights every other weekend, but I would be living in a place away from my family and my daughter. Can she keep moving like this or would a judge maybe favor on my side?

Re: Child Custody/visitation

While the judge is permitted to go either way, he or she is likely to side with the mother under the circumstances you set forth. Your divorce attorney can give you further particulars.
