Re: Divorce

In considering the custodial status of your son the Family Court Judge may consider a wide range of evidence in issuing a final decree. Considering your son's current legal problems, it would be very relevant for the Judge to hear and consider findings of the Juvenile Court.

The Family Court Judge will not be bound by the Juvenile Court proceedings but may certainly weigh them in determining custody.

If you have not consulted with an attorney in your matter I highly recommend you do so.

Re: Divorce

Yes, the family court will look at the juvenile judges recommendation and the probation department. The judge will consider them but is not bound by them.
