Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

14 months ago i was awarded $1400 per month in divorcee decree by a las vegas judge. to date, i have rzeczeived a total of $1200. my ex is a retired naval officer & now works as a nursing home director. whats wrong with this program? how do i put pressure on the judge to get him to pay what was ordered?

Bring a motion to enforce the Decree. Once you get a judgement you can garnish his wages, bank account and record the judgment.

File a motion to hold your ex in contempt of court, get a judgment for what's owed, and garnish his income.

Have your lawyer garnish his bank account and his nursing home income as your decree of divorce is a judgment. The other option is a motion for contempt.
