Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

father's right

I am 4 1/2 months pregnant and I need to know when I can get a paternity test. I want to move back to Pennsylvania to have my parents hepl me with the baby. The 2 potiental fathers live in Nevada. When can I get the test? And what rights does the father have if I am in PA and he is in NV?

You cannot get the test until the baby is born. Just move and have the test done in PA.

You also want to move to PA before the baby is born so that Nevada won't have jurisdiction over the baby. This will prevent you from coming to Nevada to litigate. Also, go to the DA in PA and they will help you for free get a paternity test and a child support order.
