Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

Never Married, We were Sharing Custody 50/50. Now he wants to take me to court.

I'm Disabled/Need Legal Counsel for Custody fight. Where do I start? No extra money. Never married to childs father. We have been sharing custody 50/50,for 2yrs,court awarded me $97/mth. child support because I am on welfare & he was working,no problems. Till he got mad at me. His aunt(she pays all his bills and he doesn't work)has pressed the issue again. She's done this before.I reasoned with my ex not to go through w/it the last time it happened. This time I don't think reasoning with him will work. Who do I talk to about seeking assistance for legal representation. Ex's relatives will pay as much as it takes to get him full custody of our son. Sky's the limit for money.

His relative is very influential in the community, but is--name removed--habitual liar. I'm not even able to scratch the surface as to what they have up their sleeve. But I need to know where to start looking for help. I'm in the State of Nevada, in Elko County. One more thing, Most everyone in the town I live in, do not dare to cross this rich aunt. Not even the authorities in the town. I have been through 2 previous custodies and lost them. They are going to try to use this against me. His aunt also has all my private files that could hurt me. HELP ME!

You will need to hire an attorney who does not live in Elko because he would always hope to get business from the aunt. If you don't have money to hire an attorney, you have a big problem. Custody fights from 300 miles away against a father with unlimited source to pay legal fees is impossible to get an attorney for a reduced rate much less free (pro bono). I would probably charge five thousand because I would be unsure of what I was getting into.
