i have done all the paper work. My daughters father and mother took my daaughter and hide her after filing papers3/06-but the case was thrown out.in that same year. that when he ran . I resently found out he commited welfare fraud and turned them in,i need a lawyer., because we are both going for sole custody..

You need to say what city you are in, did he stay in Nevada when he ran and the statement, "My daughter's father and mother took my daughter", did you mean step mother?
