Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

What is the requirments to obtain spousal support?

My husband and me have been married for 11 and 1/2 years and have no children together although I do have a 16 and 17 year from previouse relationships.

Do to a back surgery I found myself no longer able to perform my job duties that I was used to and had to quit my job.

I am not eligable for SSI and so I returned to school full time to be trained in a profession that I may be able to perform the necessary duties.

I have been in school for the last year and still have another year until I will graduate.

My husband has supported me through this time but recently has had an affair with my friend that I have had since the age of 2.

Can I get a order for him to pay spousal support until I finish my education?
