Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

Social Security Disability and Child Support in Nevada

My Ex-Husband is on SSD and my Daughter gets a monthly benefit from Social Security payable to both myself and the Child.

Is my Ex-Husband still required to pay child support out of his monthly S.S. Disability payment or is the the Childs Benefit considered Child Support? also is the 18% of your gross earnings for Child Support still the same if you are on SSD? in Nevada

The money that you are receiving directly from SSD is in place of child support.
