need help with my son

my ex wont let me see my son and lieing when i call saying im some one els and my son been geting hurt a lot and ever since she wont let me see him and i may think its the new boy friend

Thank you for your inquiry.

If your ex-wife is not allowing you to speak or visit with your son, you need to Petition the Court for an Order granting you said visitation. If you have an existing order you may need to Petition the Court for a Modification Order.

If you can't work this out, you have to go to court and get an order for specific times for telephone calls and get make up visitation.
