Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

I have visitation with my two minor children, but my wife indicated her intentions to move out of state. Can I file an injunction to prevent her from moving the children on the basis that it will create a hardship for me to visit my children?

It will be upon her to get either your signature or court approval. If she has a good faith basis for the move, the judge is inclined to grant it. The hardship upon you is just one of many factors. If you would like to meet for an appointment, send me an email to [email protected]
