Proper Notice
I stayed at a Budget Suites and was unlawfully excluded (evicted) on spot without notice. By law aren't they supposed to give me at least a 24 hour notice?

Budget Suites are not leases or rentals. They are licenses to use the room like hotels amd motels. 24 hour notice is not required.
