broken arm at daycare

My son broke his arm while in his daycare. 3 teachers and 25 children at the time of incident.What should he be compinsated for? Jumped off structure and landed on arm

There might be an issue regarding liability. Just because your son fell, we need to determine what did that was negligent. The most common would be failure to supervise but it seems that 3 teachers for 25 students seems about right. How high is the structure? Why did he climb on it? Was it expected that a child would climb on it and then jump?

How long is the cast going to be on? Is there anything that you son won't be able to do that he used to be able to do or that other children his age can do?
