Legal Question in Personal Injury in Nevada

ok i got into a car accident 6month ago and i was 12 week pregnant, the insurance company is trying to settle with me. do i have to give them my medical bills or can i pay the medical bills on my own? my medical bills are around $12,000 now but now i have to have a c-section and that is going to cost in upwards of $30,000. what should i settle for? the other driver was at fault, and im deling with progressive.

i had wip lash,back & neck pain, was going to the ciropractor but had to stop do to i got put on bed rest. so after i have the baby i have to continue treatment for 6month to 1 year.

i dont want to ask for an amount and get laughed at.

what should i ask for? and will i get anything for being stressed out knowing if my baby will be ok

These kinds of cases should be handled by a lawyer with training and experience. I have both. I wouldn't be able to give you any opinion of value without looking at the case thoroughly.
