Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Nevada

Get a lien?

I am in an investor with a contractor

who has not performed in Las Vegas.

Promissory notes of refund and profit

expire in 3 months & I have reason

to believe they cannot be honoured.

Contractors & architects already have

liens in place, prior to litigation

regarding non payment. Contract

states AAA resolution in event of

dispute. Can I get a lien (or other

charge or security) on the site (or

company/s) pre, post or through AAA

and if so at what point? Contractor &

affiliates appear to have substantial

land assets. Many thanks!
